Self Addressed Envelope (SAE) and 1 US$ or 1 IRC for up to 10 QSO and 3 US$ or 2 IRC for more than 10 QSO.
Non european
Self Addressed Envelope (SAE) and 2 US$ or 1 IRC for up to 10 QSO and 3 US$ or 3 IRC for more than 10 QSO.
Cards received without SAE and or not enough postage will be answered via bureau.
